Block bookings must be paid for in full at the time of booking and must be used within a 6 month period from the time of booking.
The reason why we take full payment for block booking is that the timeslots that you have been allocated will then be yours. We remove those timeslots from our diary as they now belong to you. This will mean that another customer cannot request those timeslots. Cancellation of a block booking may incur a cancellation fee based on the fact that the timeslots could no longer be filled based on the amount of time remaining between cancelling them and the lack of time to re-fill those timeslots. This charge is at our discretion, so please only purchase a block booking if you are committed to filling those slots.
If you choose to cancel your lessons a 48hour notice period MUST be given otherwise the session will be charged for in full.
If you decide to cancel any session of the block booking and a refund criteria has been met, the refund will be at the reduced price taking into account the discount you would have been given by purchasing a block booking.
If you have given 48 hours notice to cancel a session we will move that canceled session to another day.
For constant offenders of regularly cancelling your sessions with the required 48 hours notice, we reserve the right to cancel your training completely with us and you will be required to find an new instructor. We do this because every time you cancel at short notice and to be fair 48hours is very little notice, it is highly likely we would not refill that timeslot, this means we do not earn for those 2 hours. If all our customers did this we would go out of business very quickly because we are not earning anything. We like to think that our 48 cancellation period is very fair and that we can create a level of trust in our clients by giving this facility. We appreciate life can get in the way sometimes and that is why we offer this facility, but from a business perspective we cannot allow this to keep happening regularly.

We DO NOT recommend that your first session with us is paid for by a block booking.
We want to know that you are happy with us as your trainers and that we also get along with you. 
We are humans and not everyone gels with everyone.
If your first purchase with us is a block booking and you don't feel that you are getting the best out of your learning because we don't gel, then having to come to session for the reminder of the time that you have paid for might not be as enjoyable for you or us.

Learning to drive should be enjoyable, it's not a laugh, but we try and keep our sessions in a calm environment where you will feel at ease and relaxed. When that happens learning tends to take place quickly. But as much as we endeavour to do this, some people just do not get on well with each other, and we would never want you to not look forward to your sessions. We therefore recommend that for your very first session with us, that you only book one 2 hour session, see whether or not you get on with us, and us with you, and then go forward from there.

Even if you do not end up booking your driving lessons with us, we would still highly recommend that you NEVER pay for a block booking up front to any driving school without first meeting up with the instructor so that you can verify their credentials to being a legitimate registered instructor with the DVSA. There are rogues out there who WILL take your money and you will never seem them or be able to contact them again. BE WARNED!
