Life Skills Driving School are one of the leading local driving schools in the area with an excellent reputation.

We are always on the lookout to expand our team, and areas in which we cover, and  are keen to work with other quality instructors.

We have very high expectations of who we accept, and this is because we have spent years building the high level of instruction and quality service that we offer to our clients, and we want it to stay that way.

If you are looking for a school that you can take pride in and are willing to be part of a team that wants to stand out from the crowd in every aspect then we will be happy to talk with you and see what you can bring to the team.

We use the word team, as that's what we feel makes the dream.

As a driver with 43 years driving experience, an IAM advanced driver, a qualified coach with the ICF, EMCC and AC, a specialist in driving test nerves, and an Instructor at the renowned Goodwood Motor Circuit, you'll be joining a franchise that has a wealth of experience.

We have helped many PDI's progress on to becoming fully qualified instructors, but most have come from multi national schools where they had received very poor outdated training causing them to fail their Part 3 test on numerous occasions. With our help they got their green badge. Sadly they were tied into contract with these companies, or took our training and went independent. 

It's time for us to push out and spread our wings, and are therefore offering instructors to join our team.

Yes as with all business there is going to be a disgruntled customer, however every single one of our lower star rating have come from people we have never met, never delivered a lesson to, and could well be trolls or bots. I am sure we will never find out who they are or if they will ever be removed by Goggle, but we know that all other reviews that we know are legitimate ore 5 star rated.


So what is involved in becoming part of our team?

To become a franchisee you will have to agree to our code of conduct, show us by way of delivering a lesson to a student that your standard of teaching comes close to or higher to that which we are accustomed to delivering to our clients.

If it's close, then we can always offer CPD or training sessions to build your current skills set.

We have 2 options for those wishing to join our team as franchisees.
One is for fully qualified ADI's and the other for PDI's

Length of contract is the biggest area of change with the contracts and the fees payable.

Fully qualified ADI's will have cheaper contact rates as they are already qualified and will not require as much of our time, whereas PDI's will require additional training to get them to become fully qualified.

The length or contract offered to the PDI's may vary depending on where they are within the training.
