ADI Additional Training

Didn't quite get the training you were expecting?

We've got you covered!

It tends to happen more often than not sadly, but we've got you covered.

Were you blinded by the big lights of a multi national big brand driving school?

Did you expect to get quality training for the money you paid out?

Did you end up feeling like you were paying out more than you were earning?

Were you left feeling like you were way out of your depth after qualifying or after your initial training had finished?

Well you are not alone, and we hear it all the time.

Our driving experience and extensive knowledge will have you making more sense of what you are confused about or have missing information on.

Our training sessions are 2-hours long and can be tailored to suit your needs.

We ensure that we keep up to date with modern techniques and teaching methods, and understand how to explain all aspects of fault finding and remedy, what is required for your pupil's for a test day, all aspect of the 17 competencies, coaching techniques and Q&A's.

We are qualified with the ICF, EMCC and AC
International Coaching Federation, European Mentoring & Coaching Council, and Association for Coaching.

Whether it's just one session you require or multiple sessions, we can accommodate you.

Our only advice is that you have an open mind when taking one of our sessions.
We say this, because we see so many instructor come to us who have either been fed incorrect information from trainers that have not kept up to date with the industry. They may well have extensive years of experience within the industry, but if they have not kept up to date with modern teaching techniques and methods, you will not be instructing how you should be.

This may mean that your mindset will be initially stuck in their training methods and techniques and not where they need to be.
Many instructors who start their training sessions with us state that "that's not what I've been taught" and they will tend to fight whit what we are telling them. A few failed Part 3 tests or failed standard checks and then the penny drops that maybe what they had previously been taught was incorrect. It may have been suitable 10 years ago but is totally irrelevant now.

Certain part of your training will never change, such as fault finding, driving techniques etc, but some of the biggest changes that have happened over the past decade are how we instruct. Lessons are no longer instructor led, but are now client-centered with more emphasis on coaching rather than teaching.

We are always looking at expanding our business by accepting fully qualified instructors, if this interests you please take a look at our
